[Smoothie]
Begin boiling water and allow to reach full boil while prepping ingredients in a blender.
Add frozen ingredients to a blender, followed by the non-frozen ingredients.
Pour boiled water (or milk of choice) inside of the blender. If you are using boiled water, make sure you pour it directly over frozen ingredients to ensure easy blending.
If your smoothie is not blending easily, add more hot water (or milk of choice). Continue adding more liquid until it blends smoothly.
[Serve]
Pour smoothie into a bowl.
Once the smoothie is in the bowl, add desired optional toppings (favorite homemade or store-bought granola, chopped fruit, chocolate chips, shredded coconut, seeds or nuts).
If you're looking to add extra sweetness, top with honey or any sweetener of choice.

Add potatoes, olive oil, and spices to a mixing bowl. Cover the mixing bowl with its lid or with a plate/pan and toss so that all potatoes are coated in oil and seasoning.

Add potatoes to the air fryer in an even layer. If you have increased the serving size of this recipe, consider doing them in batches (though this can be annoying) since they do cook best in a single or double layer, but not very well when it gets thicker than that.
Air fry potatoes for 30 minutes at 385°F (195°C) or until golden brown.
Mix the potatoes so that you expose any sides that have not become crispy.

Add salt to taste.

Cut bell peppers into strips, removing any seeds and pith.

Add zucchini, bell peppers, olive oil, and spices (but not the sausages) to a mixing bowl. Cover the mixing bowl with its lid or with a plate/pan and toss so that the vegetables are coated in oil and seasoning.

Add zucchini and bell peppers to your other air fryer basket, then add the sausages on top of the veggies. (if you have only one air fryer basket do them sequentially and place potatoes in a pan on the stove on low to keep warm).
Air fry for 11 minutes at 385°F (195°C).
